Southern Realms SFO submod

Description
SFO submod for cataph's southern realms mod. This balances unit stats, unit cost and hero skills.

If you experience a bug while playing TEB using this mod, REPORT IT HERE!!! Do not report it on the main TEB mod page.

Factionwide caps are to be added, currently they are not in but are planned
Please post balance suggestions you have either here or in my channel in the SFO discord

All credit for the southern realms mod goes to Cataph

@bainb132 im still only getting 8 options and no other way to find the rest of the TEB units.
is this achievable through the WH3 DB viewer or is that the difference, people are using a different modding tool.

@Salty there are multiple tables in main_units_tables. They'll be in different tables to the lords

@Amyntas I've tried to go into the unit table to change them under main_units_tables, however i can only find generic TEB lords and wizards, not of his units with the cap restrictions. any chance of some direction.

FYI it is incredibly easy to adjust caps! I just set them all to -1 in the file using pack manager. It's under main_units_table if you guys want to play in the meantime with all the units unlocked

If nobody else updates in the meantime I will push out an update mid july, but I have no time prior to that
