Rusty's National Guard Redux (Playermodel's + NPCs)

Now this ive been itching to release, Rustys National guard models with both all 9 males and all 6 females, ontop of having both friendly and hostile NPCs that use a random model with random camo and bodygroups when spawned in.

The females were nearly lost media, and most versions of the males on the workshop were based on the V1 version of the models with less camo choices, this basically combines both of them and makes various fixes to them, females no longer depend on Enhanced Citizens V2, combines all male variants into a single model and added all the missing camos to the females, LoD models, custom C_hands, clipping fixes, the L4D Woodland textures instead are derived from the sourcefiles with disabled photoshop layers instead of Rustys edit to remove the grime and blood, and comes with the beret models originally packed into the males portion condensed into a single model with 7 skins.

Fingers are a bit scuffed for NPCs as their anims were only made for the 3 finger setup, but the only fix is to remove the hands and give them valves optimized hands so i opted to leave it as it is as much as it sticks out like a sore thumb.
