Mod Description:
This mod addresses a common bug with a variety of symptoms, all tracing back to habitat orbitals losing track of which planet they are orbiting. These symptoms include:
- Upon capturing a system with habitat orbitals, they will sometimes throw numerous notifications about "evading hostiles"
- Planet deposits sometimes continue to display on the galaxy map as if they are not being collected, but the planet either already has an orbital on it, or has nothing but will not allow you to build a station
- Sometimes after an orbital has been destroyed or disbanded, the game will prevent a new one from being built
