Ditie's Accelerated Vocal Program (A.T.P Voicelines)

Simple mod that adds some custom voicelines for Soldats and Engineers for both the A.A.H.W and the Nexus varieties (though they all use the same custom voicelines).
I made these kind of a long time ago just for fun but I went and put them in the game :3

Does not affect Agents, only ATP Engineers/Soldats and Nexus Engineers/Soldats

Somewhat inspired by the Combine from Half-Life 2 and the HECU Marines from Half-Life 1.
Uses some sounds by CturiX since the bleeps and grunting sounds are commonly used for ATP Engineers in the more modern madness animations.

Possible Future Plans:
- Unique Dialogue Voicelines (currently reuses the Affirmatives)
- Unique Laugh Voicelines (currently reuses the Cheer voicelines, which can be a bit awkward when you hear "target dead" despite not even losing a corpus)
- Slight Volume Nerf (can be a bit loud if you're not expecting it, but it's not too bad imo)
