Automatic Parking

Description
Add automatic parking feature to the vehicle.

Set Parking Location:
- Save Position: Click the gizmo to save the vehicle's current position and orientation.
- Auto-Park: Click the gizmo again to automatically park the vehicle at the saved location.
- Reset Position: Right-click the gizmo to reset the parking position.

Parking Options:
- Engine Shutdown: Automatically turn off the engine after parking.
- Auto-Unload Pawns: Disembark all pawns onboard after parking.
- Reset Turret Angles: Automatically reset turret angles to their default position upon parking.
- Reload Turrets: Automatically reload all turrets upon parking.

Caravan Options:
- Auto-Park on Caravan Return: Automatically park vehicles when a vehicle caravan returns.
- Auto-Unload Cargo After Parking: Automatically unload cargo after parking.

RimThunder Integration:
- Trailer Alignment with Tractor: Automatically aligns the trailer's orientation with the tractor upon parking.

All settings can be customized in the mod options.

Same issue as Storm-X, but for some reason only happens with my Mule, and not the Bang Bus. Removed the mod, reloaded the save and the vehicle didnt delete.

Issue Report: In a save that only loaded with the vanilla Vehicle Expanded and Automaticparking, newly built vehicles will disappear when the save is reloaded.
Logs:[AutoParking] Vehicle Roadkill destroyed; removed 0 parking spots.
