OWB TEME Foxy's RP Mod Compatibility

Description
A Compatibility patch between:
-My OWB Tech Expansion Materials Expansion (And the UTCM as well, by extension)
and
-FoxySkies's Foxy's RP Modpack
that brings the building costs and effects in line with Foxy's building cost and count changes.

This mod also acts as a patch for the building file in Old World Roads, OWR Compatibility, and the UTCM compatibility patch, now that OWR has added roads.


This edits the 00_buildings.txt file (and my custom TEME's TEME_buildings.txt file) for compatibility and thus should avoid most updating issues. Load after all dependencies.

Up to date as of 5.1.1a...
...however I cannot consider this mod as "Up to date" until FoxySkies updates.
