Eternal Dynasties (Version 1.3.0) - Medallion of Chaqua

Description
Single-Player Only

Overview
Eternal Dynasties is a mod which is intended to add some flavour for those races and factions that are missing any interesting and unique mechanics. This initial release of the mod revolves around the Lizardmen, giving them two new mechanics for their campaign.

Hunt for the Medallion
Firstly there is the hunt for the mystical Medallion of Chaqua. There are 16 fragments which are spread across the Warhammer world which you need to recover to restore the medallion to its full potential and unlock its power.

The medallion is made up of two regions. The inner core consists of fragments which can be found in the provinces around your faction's starting region while the fragments from the outer section lay in far off lands and you will need to figure out how to travel to them.

Lord Mazdamundi, Gorrok, Tehenuain, Tiqtak'to, Kroqgar and Nakai all use the medallion mechanic. Oxyotl does not hunt for the medallion since he has a mechanic of his own which grants him the ability to teleport across the world and having the two felt like too much.

Ancient Spawning Pools
The second mechanic introduced is the Ancient Spawning Pools where both the player and A.I. factions are seeking to control the spawn pools, to receive Primeval spawns from them. Each pool spawns a specific set of units which receive bonuses based on the spawning tablets placed into the pool. The number of units spawned and the number of bonuses received increases as the pools level up.

The A.I will take any spawning tablets they gain and socket them into their favoured pool, or into a pool where they have the best chance of gaining control. Quite often they are quick to seize the pools for themselves, and once a tablet has been socketed in a pool it can not be removed.

However, if you can generate enough Astromantic Energy, which is gained from some buildings and fragments of the medallion then you can cause an Astromantic Disturbance, giving you the opportunity to take control of a rival faction's tablet, and perhaps the spawning pool as a whole.

Translations
I have added a new thread to the Discussions page to list all of the translations into other languages that members of the community have created. If you are aware of any that are not posted there please let me know and I can add them and give their creators a shout out. Thanks

Notes
In regards to balancing, I have tried to make the bonuses granted by the medallion fragments as balanced as possible, but if you feel that any are either overpowered or underwhelming for the effort needed to unlock them, or if you think the bonuses for Primeval units need adjustment, then please leave a comment in the Balancing thread on the discussions page.

Compatible with the IEE map, though no fragments will be spawned in the areas of Ind, Khuresh or Nippon.

There are no correct tablets for each pool. You just place whatever you would like most on those units.

How can you see the correct tablets for each pool? Or is it try and error?

The resources? Can you be more specific?

Can you link me the ressources you used to make the mod ? I guess it's on da modding den discord

That's right. If you have 4 and they have 3 only you will get the spawns. A.I. factions can not take your tablets, so while their's may be gifted to a different A.I. faction if they die, that new faction still won't have enough to take control.

Okay thank you so if only one faction gets spawns? Let say I have 4 tablets and a AI faction has 3 they don't get any and I get all ? Also does this switch and they can try again ?

@HaziTru
With the spawn pools you want to place at least 4 tablets into a pool as this ensures you will control it and receives the units spawned. Using the appropriate tablets is of course important, but it's better to have a pool with one or two bad tablets than no pool at all.

If you manage to control all 7 tablets in a pool, and you have at least 10 unused tablets you have the option of replacing all the tablets. So later in the campaign you can tailor the tablet bonuses to suit the units better.

Lizardmen lords may also have a favoured spawning pool. You can see this in the medallion bonuses for Mazdamundi who prefers the Spawn of the Sun, and gets additional bonuses through the medallion for them.

I'm confused with the spawn pools so should I put all my tablets in one pool to get that one even if the buff don't fit the unit, like a missile attack tablet on units who aren't missile units. Or each unit who donated tablets get some units so I should put the tablets in different pool locations where it makes sense ?

@Fear
Thanks for the support. Yes, it was a solo effort.
