Weapon Turrets Rebalanced

Description
Adds turret versions of existing weapons to the game. Personal modification of Sir Evan's mod. I felt the prior mod simply added better versions of the vanilla weapons, and sought to correct that.

Recipes have been adjusted to use the same amount of coils and hypercoils as the vanilla counterparts. Some recipes from the prior mod dumped a credit equivalent value of coils into the recipe to replace hypercoils entirely. I disagreed with this choice.

Penetration resistance has been removed, because these are not exterior weapons.

Tracking speed and fire rate have been reduced across the board for turret variants, as a tradeoff for being able to stick these behind a dozen layers of armor. This is intended to encourage vanilla weapons for raw DPS.

Flak Turret had it's firing arc reduced to 100. Enough that you can still get full Flak coverage on a ship, but not quite so easily.

getting a crash on startup with the log pointing at the disruptor turret, this seems to be the only mod i got that adds or modifies the disruptor

also don't forget the old version has an issue in that none of the turreted weapons from it are actually "tall" objects. You can layer 12 cannon turrets behind each other and they'll work just fine

note: the old version actually pre-dated some of the weapons using hypercoils at all! that's why they were just coils
