Reload action rework - CORE - WIP

Mod still WIP. Will not need CBA if the weapon mod is CBA free.
Based on a legacy version of CUP Reload Rework, all credit goes to MachoMain.

This mod provides 4 new reload animations to AR15s, AKs, RPKs (also suitable for MK18ABR) and semi-auto pistols, which were supposed to made to replace the vanilla counterparts in mind.

Mod itself is a reload framework, does't change anything. You will need a compat mod to modify weapons' reload animation.

(not game breaking):
1.When in prone, reloading pistols will rise you upper torso to a incredible degree. (has been avoid by replaced wtih vanilla reload now)
2.When in prone, some reload gesture will still use vanilla ones, to avoid some issues, and may still have other issues.
3.When in prone (right side), reloading may lead you upper torso to sink into the ground. (seems also happened on some vanilla reload actions)
4.When your GLOCK17 (or other semi-auto pistols) is empty then reload, the slide on it will not synced 100% as you press catch release button.
5.Reload animations aren't completely synced to the mag/weapon. Can't be fixed, would requires editing each mod's “model.cfg” which isn't possible with a overriding to them.
