-------------------------INTRO---------------------------------------
odst is one of my favorites but really hard to mod
recommended to play in legendary
use enhanced graphics
-------------------------level progression---------------------------------------
level progression does not work
this is an mcc bug, to fix it you just have to overwrite your halo odst mcc files with my mod. like installing nexus campaigns mods.

Go into SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\976730\3537825193\maps
Select all the files in that folder, copy them, and paste them into
steam apps/common/halo the master chief collection/ halo3odst/maps
but make sure to create a back up of the files before you paste the previously mentioned files.

Doing this will make it so whenever you progress to the next level instead of going back to the vanilla campaign you?ll play on the next level with the mod active

your squad and rookie jump a little farther
have more shield and health
shield regen takes less time.
-------------------------MISSIONS---------------------------------------
All campaign missions modded.
Scarabs added to some missions
scarabs can die from allied damage without odst support
some levels like kikowani station are changed, banshee locations changed so that buck has to use cranes to progress.
-------------------------PREMISE---------------------------------------
I was really sad when ODST didn't feature any elite and brute battles, so I added them in the campaign.
Rookie and his squad are no longer the center of action; when you get into an area, enemies will already be fighting someone
elites and brutes are fighting in all missions
Drones and buggers replace most grunts on the Brute side.
Grunts and hunters allied with elites.
It doesn't matter; both sides hate ODSTs.
Police officers turn on the player in the NMPD mission.
When the rookie wakes up, the police are already against you.
Marines can fend for themselves.
Recommended to just see AI fights, then enter the fight when a side is winning.

enemies shoot faster and in more distance than before, only in legendary
allied ai is more deadly but still squishy
brutes keep their armor even without shields
most ai squads are random so every play is different
ai squads have random weapons brutes can use unsc weapons.

human weapons buffed
vehicule weapons buffed
recoil removed
tacticool animations included thanks to BlasterORemix for the tag animations
supply caches are opened from the beggining, i remember in the xbox version of odst they would stay open in new playtroughs, so i just let recreated that effect.

Oliphant has infinite health. I'm tired of being a babysitter.
this makes the last level actually fun in legendary

most missions have new encounters with elites and brutes infighting.
more missions have scarabs in them, real scarabs that move

no lore reason, just wanted to have human enemies to get more enemy variety
since odst takes place in halo 2 and 3:happymeat: having brutes vs elites this early would not make sense either
so lore wasnt taken into account in making the mod, just fun.
think of it like an alternate universe kind off thing. :happymeat::happymeat::happymeat:
Why are the police Hostile Before you go into the "freezer" area? That doesn't make much sense at all from what I remember of it

Thanks SOOO MUCH for making Dare's Oliphant "fuckin' invincible", seriously, was getting REALLY freakin' tired of her vehicle speeding off into literal danger whereas the dumbsh1t-Buck is always utterly pathetically-unreliable on the turret most of the time, seriously, it's a universally-HATED mission part for damn good reason due to that...! :ritonaangry:

Also, I really hope that you took a page from Kat's (not to be confused with the idiotic Reach Kitty Kat obviously :UnhappyLilith:) Rebalance mods and restored the MUCH-NEEDED coaxial MG (as in, the MG that is seen on the side of the main gun of the tank, as shown here [files.catbox.moe] <) back to the scorp that was stupidly removed from H3 onward, seriously, they pulled such a retarded move in that regard, honestly... :uritona:

Don't ODST take place in the events of halo 2. before halo 3
