I managed to rename part 2 but this is being a hassle.
It mentions it's already in use when trying to move it / rename it.

Find the correct folder in your workshop content and find the legacy.bin file, simply select it, right-click on it and choose properties.
From there, in the general tab, you can rename the file to whatever you want, but you MUST change the file extension from ".bin" to ".vpk" (omitting quotation marks of course). It will give a warning saying that changing the extension may make the file unreadable, but in this case, it does not. Note: attempting to change the extension via Notepad does not work, it only makes the file unreadable.
Then you just need to move the vpk from the workshop folder, to your custom folder with the rest of your mods, and it should work.
