Proper Hydrogen Rebalance

NOTE

This mod is no longer maintained and has not been updated for several years. It most likely does not work correctly with current versions of Space Engineers and I do not have any plans to reinstall Space Engineers and work any further on it.

END NOTE

This mod rebalances the energy density of hydrogen fuel from ~0.0015 to ~0.0184, allowing small ships to actually use small hydrogen thrusters with only a H2/O2 generator - while still being semi-reasonably balanced in a survival world.

This also has the side effect of decreasing the nigh ridiculous amount of ice and tanks needed to use an only-hydrogen setup on a small ship for more than five minutes.

Ver 1.2:

Rebalanced hydrogen thrusters to have less of a gap in power-to-thrust ratios - small block thrusters should be more performant now, consuming less hydrogen per unit of thrust. This will further lower ice/hydrogen consumption.

Ver. 1.1:

Rebalanced the IceToGasRatio of the large Oxygen Generator (3) to that of the small Oxygen Generator (2). This should have the effect of large oxygen generators being 1.5x more efficent per liter of ice.

Also moved the mod over into the stable branch.
