Animated Prothean Race

Description
I couldn't find any good prothean mods on here, so I whipped one up. The mod is animated and comes with the prescribed country, the Prothean Empire. I made this mostly for myself, but I figured someone else might want to use it too.

@ mnidjm's Heya, was wondering if it was ok to use the collected portrait assets you have on the United SciFi Races Mod, just trying to clean things up with it and give as many of the species over on that mod the best look possible.
