Reiksguard Gunners

描述
Since I see that a lot of people really like Reiskguard with guns I decide keep this mod on the workshop. Here they are the Reiskguard Gunners. I reduce their reload time since they have muskets and not reapeters lik emy other units, but I increase their melee attack and defense, plus a 10% missie resistance thanks to their armor. Also I reduce their ammunition since i notice that they have to much I hope that you all enjoy playing with them as I do.

It was made from another mod call: Reiksguard Expanded - Handgunners ( by Lieutenant A.Kouassi ) he have the creddits for this awesome unit. Lieutenant A.Kouassi allow me to thank you for creatinng this incredible unit , because I know now how hard is to make a mod D: ( at least for me who don' have enough skills yet ). I just change a few things here and there for my own tastes , I change the unit cap and increase and decrease some stats. The unit is pretty poweful , recomded to use it in heavely modded campaings like the ones I play. Also for balance purpouses I made the recruitment cost and upkeep a little bit high.

This unit will remain here like this for now , may be in the future when I earn more experience I change how their look and more stuff ... or if the origianl author demand it I will take it out of the public workshoop ( I hope this dont happend :C )

Its not wrong to help others but to take someone's hard work without their permission in my book makes one a thief, giving the original owner credit for making it makes that person a honest thief but a thief nonetheless.

What I tried here was to help those like me who din't like the feuture of unit limit in the original mod , not to steal any credits. I even expecify that in the description , and seems that I help 700 people so far so I am happy with myself , and you can call me all those things but I just don't care because inside of me I feel I did the rigth thing, may be not in the best way , but I did it for a good reason and not arrogance or greed.

Lt A. Kouassi, I like to thank you for your hard work and the mods you put out, I still use ur Reiskguard ones. Its a shame someone misappropriated your work without your permission at least he was honest enough to give you credit but arrogant to say you dont own rights to the Reiksguard handgunner unit when that wasnt the problem it was the work you put into making the mod and not the "name" that he shouldnt have helped himself to. I hope this doesnt put you off in your future endeavors with your mods.

Just for the record though,

Have to reply to you in regards to units and rights. If everything is the exact same, pack file, signatures etc and way it is compiled then yes regardless if slight changes are made, it is at end of day 'copying' my work/file. My mod contains more than just reskined boosted handgunners and a lot of work went into doing the series so in that regard sorry to disappoint you there but yes I do own rights to it. You may continue to use my unit as a template in this one but ONLY my unit.

Anything else it is as per usual request. Just ask and we will see from there :D

In that regard. What you say is true to a degree. But I take on board what you have stated. I will allow you to do so on the basis that it has been out for a long period of time. Appreciate taking it on board for future ;)

Again , I apologies if this offended you , but I hope you understand my points and both mods can stay in the workshop . We are a community that elp each other and develop free contet for the enjoyment of everyone after all . Not business fighting for the right of certain patents.
