Description
[forms.gle]

This is a low residential UK terraced house pack based on a common UK terrace style found in many inner city, working class areas.

The model is based on my previously realised terraced houses has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

I recommend using these with the excellent ’Building Themes’ Mod by BloodyPenguin to control where the houses grow.

This is a level 5 pack designed to be used with my
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 1 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 2 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 3 Pack’.
‘UK Housing Series: Terraced #1 - Level 4 Pack’.
For these level 5 houses to spawn in a theme the level 1, 2, 3 and 4 packs are required.

The plot depth is 1x3 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 8 units leaving 6 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. If you make it 9 units a central path works well.

Hi @Machelshman,
I have subscribed to all of your theme, but non of them seem to work. The game says that some assets are missing. Do you know how to fix that problem or what I else can do.
Hope you can help cause they are very well made!

Agh I was trying to make a theme with content manager, thanks, and yes assets is more suited :)

@Oldhip By the way I assume you meant to say "…really good assets".

@Oldhip It really doesn't take long to create your own themes just follow theses instructions.

1. Subscribe to these house assets
2. Subscribe to the ’Building Themes' mod (link is above)
3. In game Menu go to the Content Manager > Mods and ensure that the ’Building Themes' mod is enabled then Content Manager > Assets and also confirm that the UK house assets are all enabled.
4. Start a game and go to the City Policies > Themes panel and enable themes in this city.
5. Select Manage Themes and create a new theme and name it, search for the specific assets for this theme (e.g "UK terraced") enable all if you get the correct results in the list.
6. You can specify individual districts to have different themes (e.g. Terraced district, Semi district etc.)
7. Play.

This process takes about 10 minutes to create several themes.

Sadly takes to long to create your own themes in game, I will stick with themes already made. shame means I miss out on some really good asses.

I have some impression that those building make a big fps drop on the game sadly

Not that easy if one has hundreds of other buldings in the list :)
but at least yours have similar names so searching will do. Not sure if i can add them all with one click when they are filtered by name... with so many other assets - it's a painfully slow process to do it one by one.... and i already hit the limit of 124 (or is it 125) districts... so no more seperate districts :/
The game should really have 2 options - for PCs meeting basic requirements and for those who can do more and want to have really good experience - that would be brilliant.

You need to create your own theme for the new assets. I no longer create themes with my assets as it is so easy to create them in game. Follow theses instructions.

5. Select Manage Themes and create a new theme, enabling the UK house assets in the list.
6. You can specify individual districts to have different themes (e.g. Terraced district, Semi district etc.)
7. Play.

I have downloaded your different packs but they don't seem to be appearing in the theme selection. Any suggestions?

@Macwelshman - is it intentional that you are not creating mod or district styles? It takes ages to assign a single building to a newly created district style (possibly because of the amount of assets on my PC), like 10 secs or more each time i add a new building in assets editor. Is it because you are trying to avoid using props or just for our convenience to use these buildings in any theme we want them (although even when you create a mod for building theme, your assets are seperately anyway)?
It's just a question, not to tell you off :)
