Extra Menus for gmDOOM

Opis
Adds some cool menus for gmDOOM so you don't need to remember the commands. This does not include gmDOOM.

Features:

-Context Menu and Spawnmenu Extensions

-DOOM .wad Selectors for gmDOOM Maps (Changing .wads requires your server to restart)

-Buttons to open up gmDOOM's built-in menus

-Some Misc. buttons for things like the DOOM HUD

Note: I did not make gmDOOM, just this menu extension.

This is pretty useful, although your difficulty select section seems to be incorrect. It's supposed to start at doom_skill 0 (for "I'm too young to die!"), but your starts at doom_skill 1. So, each option in your menu is one higher than it's supposed to be (selecting "Ultra-Violence." actually enables "Nightmare!", for instance).

Nah I'm sorry i came off too aggressive when i actually missed something I didn't know I missed.

I tend to get a lot of comments from people who think I'm the same guy who made gmDOOM and wanting me to update gmDOOM.

in the built in menu for gmdoom there is a pitch zeroing option and i just think it would be faster to use the context menu to toggle it than have to use the arrow keys through gmdoom's menu
