You already have a port of Left 4 Dead 2 by default with Gmod if yoi buy it lol

The addons in the workshop aren't there for you to get illegal copies of games.

I assume they had HLDM source
This is not a port
It requires the models from HL
For it to spawn weapons you do need the HL-SWEPS mod

why does it say you need half-Life source yet i could run it perfectly fine before i even downloaded it, BUT THIS IS A 10/10 PORT.

Because Valve broke a lot of features in the source engine and never bothered to update Half-Life Source to get it up to date and fix it.

Half Life deathmatch source comes for free with Half-Life 2. Which was given away for free by Valve not long ago.

you could also get the rp_bmrf requirements since that worked for me and i didnt need to wast almost £9 on a few garry's mod addons
