Stats like this
Pros
Stickys explode when enemy is nearby.
+20% damage
Cons
-20% arm time
-30% reload speed
maybe like.....
can switches to a gas that highlights the player and minicrits from explosive damage
I like that idea but that could kinda be OP if it was infinitly done without ammo and seems more like something for the pyro
+mark for death 25% longer duration
+50% blast radius
+crits give a 25% chance to get some sort of super death mark that causes full crits
-50% max secondary ammo
-100% dmg, as in NO IMMEADET DAMAGE.
-25% firing speed
-4 max gas pipes out
-no sticky juming
sounds OP but trust me, my friend coded a weapon like these stats and it was pretty damn balenced. it's essentally be a sidney sleeper for the demo. just no dmg done.
+ 20% More clip size
+ Gas grenades : creates a medium sized cloud of gas that gives bleed and jarate effects at the same time, but not inital damage ( Just for the gas, not the actual sticky explosion )
+ Stickies have 30% More health
+ 30% Faster reload time
- Stickies do 25% Less damage
- Stickies take 20% More damage
- Stickies take 30% More push force
These stickies are known to have a cyan appearance on BLU and a yellow appearance on RED
(+) Instant bomb arm time (cannot allow you to sticky jump off of the air, however)
(+) Bombs will charge instantly (allowing you to hold down the fire button for continual firing)
(+) 25% Faster firing speed
(-) Sticky bombs deal 80% less damage while in the air. Once on the ground this penalty will decay across one second until reaching full damage.
(-) -2 Maximum sticky bombs out (that means you can only have 6 stickies out at a time)
(-) *Unlisted* Has a reduced damage rampup from the default Stickbomb launcher. (Meaning this will deal less damage overall vs the Stickybomb launcher)
This weapon is designed around creating a quick defensive line that you know you're going to get rid of in moments time. This can be used to lock down a doorway temporarily, allowing you to either completely prevent an enemy from escaping an area or forcing them to go one way (and that way likely being towards certain death).
This can also be used to set up a temporary shield for yourself. Sticky jump around a corner and place a temporary shield around the corner, making sure it's a little ways around the corner so the enemy surely can't see it, then detonating it when they turn the corner.
However, this isn't reliable for setting up a permanent defense when compared to the stock Stickybomb launcher and the Scottish Resistance especially due to the reduced damage rampup and the reduced amount of Stickybombs out. And due to the massive damage penalty this is not viable for stickyspam.
Opinions are welcome, it helps me get better at this.
-10% reload time
-50% clip size
+25% bomb arm time
-15% projectile speed
+20% damage
+10% movement speed
so it's a really beefed up loch-n-load
pros:
+ 2 more stickyes can be placed
+ 15% faster reload speed
+ 25% damage boost
cons:
- stickyes are 25% smaller so the exlposion would be 25% smaller too
- 0,6 slower bomb arm time
(maybe) 50% less bomb charge (the sticky will land on the max charge at the half of the normal sticky charge but the charge metter would also cut in half)
+15% Fire-rate
Sticky bombs explode automatically when enemy is nearby
-60% Clip size
+ On full charge: release all 8 stickies
+ blow up automatically when they hit a wall, ceiling, or player.
+ stickies go farther
- cannot tap fire: must full charge
