I HAVE FIGURED OUT WHY EVERYONE IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE EDITOR!
There is ONE SIMPLE thing that the guides for the Nodegraph Editor don't tell you: that you have to take the converted .txt/.ain file AND put it back into the "graphs" folder under "maps"!*

*Disclaimer: I may just be stupid, and everybody already knows this...
