Problem with the ragdoll mover

Hello! I have a problem with the ragdoll mover. I only have 2 ragdoll interactions (you can see them in the pictures) but I can't rotate the bones. How to do it?

what do you mean by interactions, precisely? the arrow things with which you move stuff? you did try to press middle mouse button to switch ragdoll mover in rotating mode, as it is explained in the video? mostly asking as i am unsure what's the exact problem
