Report a translation problem
for moving bones, do you happen to have ragdoll stretch applied, if you just want to move specific bones? generally moving pelvis or any root bone would move whole ragdoll if you don't want to use stretch. otherwise physics bones not visually moving when you try to move them with ragdoll mover is normal behavior, if you didn't apply ragdoll stretch.
i didn't happen to watch the linked video yet though, as i am away from my pc
2. No stretch is applied.
3. What do you mean it is a norman behaviour? I am absolutely sure that I used ragdoll mover to move frozen bones.
