Not working
The only thing i can see it moving, is when i move the Pelvis. I cant see anything else that i move but the hitbox still changes

bones attached to root bone (generally pelvis) will not move as long they are constrained to it. you can get around that by using ragdoll stretch tool, and i'd recommend to use ragdoll weight as that would fix issue with ragdoll stretch that makes bones weird when stretching.

rotating bones should still work though
