issue with proper clipping

After I used Proper Clipping tool, ragdoll mover will not work.
I tried with only proper clipping and ragdoll mover, and still this issue happening.

did it stop working fully, or only on the clipped tool? i just tried using it myself, and ragdoll mover was still working, with only strange thing being that it had gizmo offset setting mode turned on for some reason
