Bug with "Armory"

Hello

So i don't really know why it's happening, but whenever i place "Armory" near Tiberium research station (Because it require to do so) and when the building process finishes, it simply dissaper, like it's should not be there. I build stuff under mountains, so that might be the reason?

Any help is appreciated
