[1stDE(A)] Pvt. Cannon Fodder has Hatred

I've encountered a bug.

The enemies do not spawn to try and kill me, though this may as well be a feature since this bug basically disables enemies to which I am able to kill freely and without infringement. Maybe you can put something like this in this mod just for kicks?

Yeah, that happens sometimes in the base game as well, and I don't really know why it happens.
