[My Stat Ideas]
Basic Stats
[Gimmick]: Ammo becomes a meter that refills 20 bullets per second when not firing (Has a .5 second delay and a 2 second delay when ammo is at 0)
On hit: Gain up to 25 health (Has falloff scaling to a minimum of 5 health)
20% faster spin up time
-1.5% clip size (has 200 ammo)
-35% healing and ammo from packs and healers (NOT including sandviches/self-healing)

[Gimmick Stat Explanation]
Ammo becomes a meter that refills 15 bullets per second when not firing and can stay spun up even when ammo is empty. (To simplify it, think of the meter as a sort of "overheat" mechanic).

[Side Notes]
I hope that my idea(s) makes sense, fit with the weapon and are at least somewhat balanced. Even if the stats may need to be tweaked/changed, I personally feel that they have the potential to work. I got the stat ideas from the "The Independant Soldier" set, (which are the Black Box, The Conch, and the Half-Zatoichi). Kowing this exists, I thought about an "independant Heavy" idea, and I felt that a Dispenser minigun could fit that concept.
