INI Set Up
Copy and past the below into your User INI files. Adjust the numbers to whatever you like. All the Buffs here are set to default character values.


The Values For most are in Percent so 1.7 health is 70% more hp and 0.7 is 30% less

Hypo and Hyperthem are flat values not percents they cant be set up as a percent. So 150 would give a character 150 flat hypo or hyperthermia insulation in addition to what they get from their fortitude
