Instructions:

Create your mod via the launcher. (do not upload it)
Unpack the files (gfx,interface,sound) and put them into your mod folder.

directory example:

user/documents/paradox/stelllaris/mod/yourmodname/gfx
user/documents/paradox/stelllaris/mod/yourmodname/interface
user/documents/paradox/stelllaris/mod/yourmodname/sound

Important:

Make sure that the UI mod is BELOW the STNH main mod in the playset order.

cutter where is the st new horizons previious update of 3.7.3?

You could roll back Stellaris to 3.7.3 or wait for the main mod to be updated to 3.7.4.
