Welder's Gun
Fantasy Stats
Seeing as it's a welder's gun, I feel the stats should go something like this:

Has 2 modes: Mode one is a close range repair tool, that takes 5 metal per 10 health for buildings.
Mode 2 is a medium range pistol like weapon that sets enemies on fire for 2 seconds.
Does -10% damage
5% chance to light self on fire using Mode 2

I think that it could be like the rivet gun from Bioshock 2. With the Heat mod meaning "on hit: ignite target" stat.

Which would be the second damage over time item for the engi. the first being the Southern hospitality.

Speaking of which the Southern Hospitality needs to be improved to be a actual combat wrench.

Like HP on hit that can overheal. and maybe minicrits on bleeding targets?

Well in the video he made he suggested it to give you 16-20 metal for each successful hit.

The issue is good Engi secondaries, we already have good support primaries, the Rescue Ranger.
