My previous build actually had her very reliant on Dagger of Ritual as it is the only way to tone down the massive barrage of stress.
I'm still unsure about people's comments, but my stand is that this class really needs the stress heal because no other class in the game at the moment has very reliable stress heals on top of enemies that focus down on stressed characters.
Perhaps I will revert Dagger of Ritual back to 16 stress healed per hit if more people complain about being unable to negate the stress.
That said, a Lv5 Pariah is really good especially if you have her of Cage of Madness trinket. Paired with the Occultist's Vulnerability Hex that marks enemies, Dagger of Ritual can easily hit 20+ damage especially since it has 120% bonus against marked enemies, and even more so if they are stunned.
Because from my experience alone, once she hits 100 stress, it's a slippery slope to constant heart attacks and it will be hard to control her.
Also, once more, do not feel too attached to her. Like most heroes, the Pariah is disposable.
