Balance
Discuss balance here:

Notable topics:
  • Sovereign is likely overpowered for its position on the tree
  • Queen may be lacking damage potential when compared to Whisper
  • Persisting Images likely needs a cooldown
  • Damage-dealing perks such as Knock Them Down and Knowledge is Power may be broken in combination with one another
  • Extinction Event possibly overpowered. Originally, it caused Nova to be unconscious after using, but I felt it was too punishing (plus I didn't want to handle a tactical-strategy transition).

Consider making Queen's Slash into Fleche from LW2. That would help her out quite a bit if she's intended to be focused on melee.

Alle 3 classes are way to overpowered in their last skill.

1. unlimited attacks with your sword on everything you see, without any penalty like decreasing damage
2. The sharpshooter shoots at everything through walls and gets refunded on every kill? 20+ kills with autolader in first action round
3. The Gatherer Akira Style Event, lets fly him solo to a mission let blow him up the map , i win. round 2 new record i assume

Does extinction event not destroy the objective? If so, that's a bug. Ideally you should still lose missions where you turn 1 Extinction Event.

In any event, EE was supposed to get the soldier captured on use in my original design. I could go back to that, I guess.

on sweap only or relay destroy missions you win if everything is dead, like a the last liberate mission, just kill.

Captured or at least gravely wounded would be a nice touch. But in the end you would just recruit a few more, its just to powerful to sweep the map with just one klick. I cant see a way to balance this is a meaningful way

You were only supposed to get one of each class in the original design, but WOTC rushed me.

1. After reading the mod page, I came to the reccomendation that there should not be a limit to how many of your classes can be on a squad at once, with the exception of an intel limit of course. Seeing how easy it was for the WOTC devs to have all three hero classes in the mix at the same time I belive this should be the same.

2. An intense cooldown or a one-use per mission stipulation would be perfect for extinction event.

Just some thoughts, your mod looks incredible. This is definetly going into my next LW2 run!
