Prone Mod isnt working what do i do?

It would be nice if you could customize how low of areas you can go in inside of prone.

Is there any Option to force Clients to disable Transitions?

I have Weapons on my Server that they mess up Transitions.
Is there any way to force Clients to have Transitions disabled?
