Warlock Suggestions
So first off I frickin LOVE this mod. I like the description of the Warlock spec but it has yet to be added. Might I suggest a few things to make him all 'space-time controlling'-like?
I hope this doesn't come off as entitled or presumptuous.
Warlock is the type of wizard I always wanted to make but no game ever has it. Please let me know if any of my ideas are in line with your vision, I have tons but I won't post them all here, only these ones for now. Please let me know if I can be of any help. I might even learn how to mod Starbound if I have to.

Tech: Space-time dilation
Press G to create a stationary AoE centered at the cursor (possibly make it so if you hold g it uses substantially more energy but increases the size).
Within the AoE, time is slowed and:
You can double jump infinitely by kicking at the air(spacebar)
Enemies hit within it are frozen in time, briefly
All projectiles stop(or are destroyed[or do less damage] ) when entering

Pressing H will make time fast forward instead but:
You lose your infinite jump but can jump and run very high and fast, respectively.
Enemies hit within are heavily knocked back instead of being stopped.
All projectiles move faster and/or deal more damage when hitting something within the field.

Holding shift+G will end the AoE early and deal damage based on how much time was left in an implosion(sucks enemies towards the center before a damaging explosion knocks them away) if time was slowed or just an explosion if time was being fast forwarded.

Passive: Event Horizon
Enemies that get too close are pushed away and take slight damage with a chance to apply nova debuff. Effect is much more powerful while standing still.
