so my last real question is you have mentioned mod enteties and the like won't give out exp, but could you possibly explain the bit about weapons being categorized? as a stab at it i imagine the idea is the weapon needs to be properly listed as X item in the mod's files or some such? like say a pistol with the stats set needs to be categorized under what TYPE of weapon it is?
Each weapon has itemTags in its parameters, and those item tags are what determine whether they receive bonus damage from stats and the like.
