I'm trying to get the Vigilante specialization but no matter what I do it'll barely progress or just be stuck at a single value. The weapons I'm using are modded (Bluoplasma damage from MkioTNT Workshop) so I thought the mod just didnt count it as a "gun that shoots things" and decided to test out some stuff.

I went into godmode and cheated in some vanilla weapons and spawned some cultists/bandits (all vanilla) and no matter their level/how many i killed my progress would be stuck at 47.68. So at this point I can assume the specialization progress is either poorly done or really broken on my end and it'd just be better to cheat it in, so is this possible?
