I'd really like the Mechanical Watch, but there is so much no information on where to get these that there might even theoretically be negative information about it. I can't find any recipe, and I've hunted my way across several planets, all with no luck at all.

If I recall from my last playthrough a couple years back, people have been asking about these for AGES.
