Slightly Improved Combine and Resistance NPCs

NPC Features
Animals:
Father Grigori :
- Spawn with either the shotgun or Annabelle
- Wanders around.
- If Ignore Players is off and the Player doesn't have a shotgun and there are no enemies around, Grigori will throw drop his shotgun and give it to the player then get out Annabelle to continue fighting.
- The FIRST NPC to have two Weapons. ( What I mean by this is he spawns with the Shotgun but then gets rid of it and draw out Annabelle to continue fighting as his Secondary Weapon. )
- Is able to pursue enemies.
- Grigori kicks open closed/locked doors when pursuing an enemy.

Resistance :
Alyx : ( Most of her things will require Half Life 2 Episode 2 to work properly. )
- Holsters Gun and walks around when not in combat and not following the player.
- Has fatalities against zombies.
- Fatalities differ depending on which weapon she has.
- Is able to follow the player. ( Just have join player squad turned on. )
- Has melee attacks with animations. ( Not the bestly timed however but there. )
- Has a special melee animation when fighting antlions.
- Can ride in the Jalopy ( Just have join player squad on ).
- Can now hack rollermines.
- Spawns only with the Alyx Gun ( Since the shotgun isn't very effective and the smg is just there for some reason. )

Lamarr :
- Is a headcrab
- Is friendly to resistance members and the player and they are friendly to it.
- Will attack Combine, Zombies, and Antlions alike
- Is neutral to the Classic Headcrab ( Will attack Fast Headcrabs and Poison Headcrabs )
- Has 25 HP
- Dr. Issac Kleiner's Pet

Vortigaunt :
- Now wanders around when not in combat.
- Has fatalities against Zombies and Antlions
- Added melee attacks for him.
- Does a random melee animation for most enemies.
- Has a specifc animation for when fighting headcrabs and torsos.
- If ignoreplayers is off and the player has no armor and get close enough the vort will give you some armour.
- Have a slam attack for when fighting multiple antlions that are close to them.

Citizen :
- Panic and run from enemies if they don't have a weapon.
- Run away and cower if they do not have a weapon.
- Poor accuracy
- Melee attacks that do 5 damage.
- If they have a weapon they will act as a normal citizen NPC.
- Patrol around when alert or idle.

Rebel :
- Good accuracy
- Have the ability to throw grenades.
- Randomly Spawn with between 1 to 3 grenades.
- Melee attacks of 5 dmg.
- Patrol around when alert or idle.
- Has a chance to spawn and be an ammosupplier.
- Ammosuppliers give you random ammo.

Medic :
- Good accuracy
- Has 50 HP
- Has 1 grenade
- Melee attack of 5 dmg
- Patrols around when alert or idle
- Acts as a normal medic to the player
- When not in combat will run to any hurt NPC that it is NEUTRAL to or LIKES and will heal it. ( They do not have to be in your squad for this to work. )

Refugee :
- Average accuracy
- Has 50 HP
- Have NO grenades
- Melee attack of 5 dmg
- Patrols around when alert or idle.
- When reaching below 10 HP will go into Panic mode.
Panic Mode :
Once the NPC has reached less than 10 HP, when an enemy attack them they will drop their weapon and panic and run away. If they are healed back to 10 HP or more, they will begin to act like a normal citizen NPC. When the NPC drops their weapon it will be on the ground and another NPC or player will able to pick up the weapon and use it as a SWEP. ( Only the default HL2 weapons will be able to be picked up by players. Custom NPC Weapons will be dropped as props with the weapon model instead of a weapon for players to use. )

Combine :
Armoured Elite :
- Has 170 HP
- Reloads 3x Faster than normal soldiers.
- Melee 1.8x Faster than normal soldiers when below 70 HP.
- 15% Blast Resistance
- 40% Bullet Resistance
- 25% Buckshot Resistance
- Spawns with Ar2
- When reaching 70 HP and below goes into survival mode.
- In Survival mode he only walks when patrolling and fighting but has perfect accuracy to stay alive.
- Can command other soldiers that are commandable.
- Has very good accuracy.
- Walks around with his gun aimed. ( Too be alert more. )
- Signals when commanding troops to tell them which tactic to do.
- When Commander can have up to 4 squad members.
- Can only command normal soldiers, metrocops, and the Armored Soldier.
- Tactics change depending on how many soldier he is commanding.
- Uses Ar2 Orbs

Armored Soldier :
- Has 150 HP
- Melee attack speed is 0.25x slower than normal soldiers.
- 10% Blast Resistance
- 30% Bullet Resistance
- 15% Buckshot Resistance
- Mostly uses the Ar2 but can still sometimes be seen with the smg or Mp7.
- When reaching 70 HP and below goes into survival mode.
- In Survival mode he only walks when patrolling and fighting but has perfect accuracy to stay alive.
- Survival mode still applies when under control of an Elite.
- Walks around with his gun aimed. ( Too be alert more. )
- Is very agressive when not being commanded by an elite.
- Has very good accuracy
- Patrols when idle.

Combine Elite :
- Is now a commander.
- Reload 1.6x Faster than normal soldiers.
- Melee attack speed is 0.4x faster than normal soldiers.
- Walks around with his gun aimed. ( Too be alert more. )
- Signals when commanding troops to tell them which tactic to do.
- When Commander can have up to 4 squad members.
- Can only command normal soldiers, metrocops, and the Armored Soldier.
- Tactics change depending on how many soldier he is commanding.
- 70 HP
- Ar2 only.
- Shoots Ar2 Orbs.

Combine Soldier & Prison Guard :
- Can be commanded by an elite
- Has good accuracy
- When commanded, runs with their gun aimed to be more ready with the Elite.
- Casually walk when not enemies are around.

Shotgun Soldier & Prison Shotgun Guard :
- Can not be commanded
- Walks with gun aimed when idle to be more alert.
- Uses their shotgun much better. ( Will run after you and instead of stopping to fire, will immediatley start firing when they get close enough. )
- Very Agressive
- Normal Shotgunner reloads 1.8x faster than normal soldiers.
- Normal Shotgunner attacks 4x faster than normal soldiers.
- Normal Shotgunner melee speed is 1.7x faster than normal soldiers.
- Normal Shotgunner's shotgun damage will multiply by 1.2 if you attempt to get in close with melee weapons.
- Prison Shotgunner will deploy a turret when not hunting down enemies and in an alert state.

MetroPolice :
- Good accuracy
- Can be commanded by the Combine Elite.
- Points at enemies that are far away if they have a pistol.
- Melee attacks when having a gun.
- Idle animations for when a metropolice has a stunstick.
- Patrols when having an smg and pistol.
- Can throw grenades.
- Will kick open closed/locked doors when pursuing an enemy.
- Has 2 grenades.
- Does 1 of 5 melee animations randomly.

Shield Scanner / Claw Scanner :
- Revamped.
- Now has mines.
- Takes time before equiping its next mine.
- Every so often it deploys a mine.
- Has 5 mines.
- When HP reaches 15 or below the spotlight gets disabled.

Hunter :
- Nothing really changed other than attack.
- When reaches 75 HP and below, loses the ablity to shoot fletchettes.
- If you have ammo for a crossbow and shotgun and have the weapon out, the hunter will fear the player holding it.
- If you have Ar2 out and have ar2 ammo in your arsenal, hunters will attack stop shooting at you from a distance and use fast charging and melee to kill you before you kill them.

Hunter Chopper :
- 600 HP
- Will wander around on ANY map.
- When reaching certain amounts of HP will activate different abilites.

Gunship :
- Gunship! - Rebel at lighthouse point.
- Will wander around on ANY map.
- When dying will sometimes become a ragdoll like in Episode 1.
- When reaching between 66 HP and 32 HP, it will always know where the target is. ( Turns off when reaching 32 or below. )
- Can use their belly cannon and attack enemies on the ground under it in a certain vicinity.

Strider :
- Has a little more precise firing.
- Shoots a fast, long burst of bullets at you every so often.
- Can Patrol around on a map if the map has flying nodes on it.
- Shoots its cannon at enemies every so often.
- When reaching 70 HP or below explodes intead of just dying and falling to the ground. ( 4 rockets to kill instead of 5 now. )
- Can take damage from the Hunter Chopper and Airboat Gun.

Manhack :
- Nothing really new here as well.
- Now jams when it reaches 5 HP or below and dies upon impact with an object/ wall / ceiling / or floor.

Zombies + Antlions
Antlion :
- Spawn with random skins
- Will wander when not in combat.
- Becomes friendly to players and their allies if they have bugbait with them.
- Will go to where bugbait is thrown.
- Has a fatality against Combine Soldiers.
- When reaching 17 HP or below will start to retreat.
- Burrow under the ground and then unburrow.
- Retreating only applies to PLAYERS not NPCs.
- When reaching a certain distance away from the player, they will burrow underground and regen their health. When they reach back to 30 HP they will resurface and attack you again.

Antlion Worker :
- Acts like the antlion.
- Does NOT have fatalities.
- Has a chance to be a kamikaze.
- Kamikaze Antlion Workers will run up to their enemies and explode when below or at 32 HP.

Antlion Guard :
- Acts as the Normal Antlion Guard
- Has 500 Health
- Can summon Antlions
- When summoning, 3 antlions will spawn and unburrow out of the ground and become a threat to deal with.
- Summoning has a 10 second cooldown.

Zombie :
- Acts as a normal Zombie
- Wander around
- When shot in the legs will do a flinch animation that will stun them shortly.
- Has a flinch Animation for each leg.
- When reach below 20 HP, at random the headcrab on top of the zombie will release and kill the zombie and have the headcrab attack you then.

Fasts Zombie :
- Acts as a normal Zombie
- Wander around
- When driving the Jalopy and having Alyx riding with you in the same vehicle, fast zombies can jump onto your car and Alyx will kick them off if they come from the front.

he has can spawn with a shotgun and will throw it too you if you dont have one. he also can melee.

i killed a zombie when the headcrab was releasing from the zombie, and 2 headcrabs were created

Is the Combine NPC Weapons even needed for this mod to work? I don't use it because of it's missing textures.

idea : when citizens injured they pick up a medkit (same animation as if they were to pick up a gun)This would happen if the player was above 50 hp and the npc was below 30 hp.

Suggestion

Slightly Improved Fast Zombie
- Mainly can jump on jalopies
- that's about all I can think of

hey can you change combine attacking radius, they just look at rebels and idle.

Slightly Improved Barney:
- Can now follow the player.
- Has the ability to throw grenades.
- Can blend in with the combine and ambush them by wearing a metropolice mask (may take quite some coding, or is impossible to code)
- If the player has low ammo (any vanilla ammo), he can give ammo to the player, or if the player is missing a crowbar, he can give the crowbar to the player.

Slightly Improved Poison Headcrab:
- Can latch onto poison zombies without any extra poison headcrabs so the poison zombie can throw the headcrab back at the player.
And that's all of them.

please make it so that slightly improved citizens, refugees and rebels can talk to other citizens, refugees, rebels and vortigaunts and any slightly improved npc (combine, resistance, animals, etc.) can switch between weapons and have limited ammo like gordon freeman does
