Suggestions
1. Clip off sea/ocean on either side of map (so it's like the Scrambled Australia DLC map).
2. Remove start locations.
3. Set map size to auto/huge

Finally if you really want to make it not super massively OP Mod it so that the Great Barrier Reef is not a natural wonder but a regular feature like atolls.
