Custom Perks
Perks

Havoc

Target Down - When you get a kill, you gain +20 defence until the end of the next alien turn. Passive.

Brute Strength - All melee attacks deal +2 extra damage and have +10 Aim.

Sprint - Gain a bonus move action this turn. 2 turn cooldown.

Bounding Fire - Any shot taken as your second action after moving as your first confers a +10 aim bonus.

Raking Fire - Rake the area within a large cone with a hail of bullets dealing half damage to all enemies hit. 3 turn cooldown, 3 ammo cost.

Frenzied Fire - Fire your weapon at every visible but each shot will suffer from a -33% aim penalty. 4 turn cooldown, 3 ammo cost.

Bullet Swarm - Taking a standard shot with your primary weapon as your first action no longer ends your turn.

Twist The Blade - A ferocious melee attack dealing critical damage and ensuring that the target takes an additional +3 damage from all attacks in the future.

Sapper

Heavy Infantry - Your gear includes layers of extra ceramic plates, granting a bonus point of Armor at the cost of -2 mobility. The Sapper can also use Charge to temporarily overcome the lack of mobility.

Charge – The lumbering Sapper bursts forward gaining an extra action point immediately in exchange for losing an action point on the following turn.

Close And Personal - The first standard shot made within 4 tiles of the target does not cost an action.

Crowd Control - Special shot for primary-weapon shotguns only: Fire a short-range cone-based attack at nearby targets. Three-turn cooldown.

Close Combat Specialist - Confers a reaction shot against any enemy who closes to within 4 tiles. Does not require Overwatch.

Demo Grenades - Your grenades deal more damage to the environment.

SABOT Slug - Fire a shot with no range penalties that pierces three armor and will rupture the target ensuring that the target takes an additional +3 damage from all attacks in the future. Uses 3 ammo. Four turn cooldown.

Hard Yards - Activate this ability to shrug off reaction fire damage for the rest of your turn. 2 turn cooldown.

Guardian

Sentry - Grants +10 Aim and Covering Fire on Overwatch and allows overwatch shots to do critical damage. Passive.

Hold Position - From full cover take a reaction shot against any enemy that moves or attacks within your vision until you run out of ammo. 4 turn cooldown.

Rifle Suppression - Fire a barrage that pins down a target, granting reaction fire against it if it moves, and imposing a -20 penalty to the target's aim.

First Aid Protocol - The GREMLIN can perform healing actions remotely: GREMLIN Heal and GREMLIN Stabilize. The GREMLIN has a single charge. If a medikit is equipped, the GREMLIN will gain an additional charge.

Corpsman - If your GREMLIN has been used to heal, stabilize or revive a squadmate then gain a free overwatch shot at the end of the turn.

Pathfinder

Weapon Training – The Pathfinder gains squadsight when equipped with a sniper rifle or gains +5 aim after moving when using an assault rifle or pistol.

Strong Point - Free action that gives you get an additional +10 Defense and +10 aim until you move. 3 turn cooldown.

Zero In - After missing a shot you get +10 Aim on your next attack.

Pinpoint Shooter - You get +10 Aim against targets in full cover.

In The Zone - Killing a flanked target does not cost an action. Passive.

Headshot - Special shot that has +50 crit chance and deals +3 damage on critical hits. 2 Turn cooldown.

Designate Target – Mark a target, granting +10 aim against the target for the pathfinder and all squadmates.

Tracking - You detect nearby units even without line of sight.

Raptor - You get an additional +25 Crit chance against targets at a lower elevation. Passive.

Hidden Killer - While concealed or flanking your target, you deal +2 damage with your primary weapon. Passive.

Wraith - Whenever you kill an enemy, critical hits will restore concealment.

GTS Perks

Technician – Guardians gain +10 Hacking.

Survival Instinct – The Havoc gains +10 Defense and +10 Crit chance while injured.

Against The Odds – The Pathfinder gains +3 Aim per enemy the squad can see up to a maximum of +15.

Trench Warfare - When the Sapper gets a kill, the Sapper and squadmates within 5 tiles will get +20 Defense until your next turn.

Are the custom perks added to the training center ability pool? If not, is it possible to make an ini edit to add them in?

Yeah most of them go into the training centre pool.
