One of my favorite dinosaurs is the Australovenator (It's like Australo-venator, not like Austra lovenator, although that would be hilarious, if I don't tell people they can't take it seriously)
The base game has quite a few Australian animals, it'd be nice to see an Australian dinosaur in one of my favorite mods. :)
Pictures for reference.

I was about to suggest another favorite, Yutyrannus, but noticed you already have that one planned, it's proof that dinosaurs can still look badass and intimidating when depicted as feathered (http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/dinosaurs/images/8/81/120404-LidaDino-BANNER.jpg I mean, come on, look at that thing.)
So instead I will suggest another large carnivore, Baryonyx.
Another cool smaller dinosaur is Stygimoloch, it's name means horned dragon from the river of hell..
And last but not least, Lythronax, another slightly feathery carnivore.
Anyway, fantastic work on this mod, whether all or even one of these suggestions is added this mod is one of my favorites. :)
Oh and last thing, is there any chance you could do a version of the carnivores where they all have jaws like the Carno does? :)
You be no means have to, I just prefer that look, I even tried myself in paint. :)

If not, mind suggesting a program better than paint for editing the sprites?
Oh, and would you mind if I did? (For personal use)
- Therizinosaurus (I really think that theri is a cool creature, not implemented in most of the games or mods though . . . new Dinosaur Tycoon games plan on adding this guy, but since it will take some time before they will relase an Early Acces, so maybe you could give it to players first)
I also think people will be happy if you add more dinos from Jurassic Park or Jurassic World (not necessarily with their film looks and abilties . . . no venomous dilos please . . .) and it would be cool to see some of them in RimWorld, for example :
- Dilophosaurus (but please not venomous, frill is up to you, but no venom please . . . )
- Compsognathus (would be cool to have a carnivore that wouldn't murder you right after you try to tame them . . . )
- Ceratosaurus (there is already a Carnotaurus, and they are quite similar . . . but I feel like Cerato would fit Rainforests)
- Corythosaurus (just another cousin of the Parasaur)
- Baryonyx (yes, there WERE Baryonyx in Jurassic World, just not shown in the film, and I think like it would be awesome to see it in the game)
- Pteranodon (is it even possible? I mean, there never were flying creatures in RimWorld . . . in my opinion in order to make it you would just have to make it that if it is under the roof it looks like it is standing on the ground, and if it is in the open area it looks like it is flying, wouldn't fly though, just would look like it does)
Next thing is about the Australian creatures . . . RimWorld needs more of them, however I personally would prefer to see Minmi more than Australovenator (I just hope I remember correctly that Minmi is from Australia . . . if not, then my vote goes to Australovenator)
It is! :)
Nice choice, I was just worried most people would just think it was a normal/common ankylosaurus..
Also maybe some biome threatening dinos like uber beavers on steroids kinda dinos, dunno if it existed ? 'cause you can pretty much ignore every dinos on map without problems, feels weird.
As far as I can tell we won't be getting much more carnivores, Sarcosuchus may be a thing as it is something different than all the creatures, but yeah, I agree that to save that RimWorld realism there needs to be about 3x more herbivore species than carnivore species.
Personally I think the body types of Gigantoraptor and Therizinosaurus are very different, as demonstrated here.

Either way, just food for though for the mod dev.
