Scout Perks
Loadout:
Assault Rifle
Pistol

Squaddie:
Shadow Shot (pistol kills with this ability keep the scout concealed)
Conceal & Carry (Gives a lower detection radius and won't reveal when squad is revealed)
Fire Pistol

Corporal:
Mark Target (mark a target granting allies +15 aim against them)
Sidearm Specialist (+1 dmg with sidearms)
Return Fire

Sergeant:
Target Definition (units spotted by the scout remain visible even through the fog of war)
Shadostep
Quickdraw

Lieutenant:
Fortitude (+10 defense)
Pot Shot (Take a free pistol shot with reduced aim that if hits will deal double damage)
Lightning Hands

Captain:
Infiltration (+25 hack and not detected by advent towers)
Interupt (A form of overwatch that lets you take any action instead of a reaction shot)
Clutch Shot (Pistol shot with +100 aim, has a cooldown)

Major:
Hide (re-enter concealment at any time but has a cooldown)
Surprise Shot (pistol kills with this ability keep concealment otherwise they stun the target)
Wounding Shot (pistol shot that ruptures a target)

Colonel:
Rapid Fire
Fan Fire
Faceoff

GTS:
Undercover (Reduces detection radius by -20%)
