Missing packages DLC1

Is this issue happening to anyone else I keep trying to use this mod I have all the DLC except the deluxe edition but it simply will not work anymore and I love these units :( ? Please help

I have all the DLC including the Deluxe edition and it still doesn't work for me none of the units show up
