Map and server config
Hello.

I currently have a dedicated server set up for koth maps rotation with a pretty much "standard" server.cfg.

Now I'd like to run the server with this map only but I'm not sure how to change my server.cfg or if it's better to use map.cfg.

These are the settings I'm "worried" about:

// Maximum number of rounds to play before server changes maps mp_maxrounds 5 // Round and Game Times // // Enable timers to wait between rounds. WARNING: Setting this to 0 has been known to cause a bug with setup times lasting 5:20 (5 minutes 20 seconds) on some servers! mp_enableroundwaittime 1 // Time after round win until round restarts mp_bonusroundtime 8 // If non-zero, the current round will restart in the specified number of seconds mp_restartround 0 // Enable sudden death mp_stalemate_enable 0 // Timelimit (in seconds) of the stalemate round. mp_stalemate_timelimit 300 // Game time per map in minutes mp_timelimit 35

Can you please tell what to change and how?

Hello,

As far as running just this map, assuming you want to set up a 24/7 version of Lazytown, you'll need to make sure your mapcycle file only contains a reference to this map and that you disable map voting for users. This way, you can make sure that if the map ever changes, it only changes back to Lazytown. You don't need a map.cfg file to do this for the map.

As far as a the settings above from your server config, I don't think there is any problem with what you have currently. You may want ot set mp_timelimit to 0 so that the server runs purely based on how many rounds are played on the map before a map change, but other than that, the other settings you are worried about seem fine.
