Clarification on witchy and Archer on defeat interation.

If archer was to attack witchy with its on play ability you would just discard witchy since its on defeat can be applied, correct? This topic as been a source of argument in our current game.

correct. even if witchy activates, when that party gets raided, it would just be removed reguardless.
