Are you using Steam beta? try disableing that and resub. mods dont like steam beta for some reason.

I and my friends have had similar issues, at first only a few days ago it was all good and downloaded and I could see it all. A day or two pass and the cards didnt load for my friends, but did for me. and now I can't see them as of today.

Are you loading from a save? try reloading the mod, that might work. When i make an update i have to use new images for the cards, so the old ones go away.
