Is there a possibility to change any settings in Gameuser ini?

I would like this as well. I am sure the turning radius being worse than a rollrat's was most likely an intended balancing for the power and versatility of the Origin Dragons, though it would be nice to have some customization available to singleplayers and server owners.

These dragons spawn way too often for my taste. I figured they would be rare, but seeing 3 roaming in the same area is just to much. I was hoping there would be a way to set the spawn rates.

Hey, will we get settings for gameusersettings.ini so we can change the spawns, etc?
