Plague Grenade: Now targets X~OOO Dmg reduced to vanilla -90% Blight lowered to standard Blight 2, 2, 3, 3, 4 *Changes made to make plague renade feel like a real choice between grenade and blinding gas
Incision: Bleed reduced to minor bleed 1, 1, 2, 2, 3
BF Medicine: Replaced heal recieved buff with former Bleed and Blight resist buff. Kept slightly higher healing.

Updated for CoM DLC. Noxious Blast Damage incresed slightly. Incision damage buffed slightly and Blight bonus damage lowered somewhat. Battlefield medicine healing and resist buff rescaled. Emboldening vapours no longer adds blight skill chance and is now a battle long lasting buff with 2 limited uses per battle, Speed buffed reduced slightly. Distorienting blast debuff was doubled but now only lasts 2 rounds (along with the shuffle effect hopefully forcing the enemy to use a weak attack this accuracy debuff hopes to function like a psuedo stun on the enemy's second turn)
