Ok, so I messed up!
File is in UTF-8, so it's not on this side, but I set file extension to be .CHS and .CHT (actually I created two files)
Ok I'll modify it ASAP when I get home tonight, thanks for the info ;-)

The newly added "localized_Xenoform = Xenoform" translates to "localized_Xenoform =异域".
And I'm so sorry. The file is ANSI., I was wrong.

No problem dude, it's always a pain those files encoding, UTF-8 seems universal, but actually it is certainly not.
ANSI might be a little better, but still, it's not universal...

Any Localization files should be in the (( UCS-2 LE BOM )) format to accurately represent every character types found in multiple languages.

Indeed, I have encoded the file in UTF16 LE (which is UCS-2 LE BOM), and I still get the Chinese Characters.
Allright I'm gonna upload it soon, but first, can someone please confirm he can still see the Chinese characters?
