According to the lore that this mod is supposed to be based on, vampires do not have a biological sex drive, meaning they do not have an inherent desire to engage in sexual activity. They have the physical ability to do so, but they lack the urge for it that mortals experience.

As for breeding, the answer should be 'NO.' The only vampires who have even the remote possibility of conceiving children through natural reproduction are the Thinbloods, due to how heavily diluted their vitae is.

Thats why theres an entire clan of vampires that spend more then half their time having incest orgies.

The answer is "technically yes."

Vampires have the physical ability to engage in the 'lovins,' but they don't feel the urge to do so, like a living person does.

To answer OP Let me just say that my pawns "fertility" is still at 100% after the couple both took ascendant potions. I will comment again when they're pregnant. I'm runing a heavily modded rimworld with RJW, schools and learning, etc. and I can in fact, through RJW settings, do lovin whenever and with whatever (yes, not who, what... ) so ... yeah... They can do lovin with other species, I'm still trying to confirm if they can get prego or impregnate.
