Bug: Vampire keeps moving around for no reason and stops whatever task they're doing
I've never had an issue like this ever in Rimworld until I began playing as a vampire. Now every few moments the pawn breakS away from a task and just walk across the entire map before going back to the task that the pawn was doing.

if its daytime then i think they have A.I set to go to places with roof and no sunlight, so i think ur pawn goes to non-sunlight area (discard this message if it was durning the night)

It was during the day time, but the Vampire was in a cavern and the sun was being completely blocked. I've never had an issue with a vampire doing this before with the sun being completely blocked(and the vampire shaded by roofing), so it was probably just the vampire AI being a little buggy. I've never had this issue again in my later playthroughs thankfully.

The same seems to happen to me a lot though.
